Invasion Battle Pass Skins, Including The Ana Null Sector Mythic Skin

Overwatch 2: Invasion is right around the corner, and Blizzard has provided the first official look at some of the season’s Battle Pass skins in the latest trailer. Among other things, Team 4 has revealed the Ana Mythic skin. Before we get to that one, though, let’s have a quick peek at some of the other new looks that are on the way to the Battle Pass this season.

Epic Skins

I assume these are all Epic skins, since they don’t change the form factor of each hero too much and they don’t seem to tie into the Null Sector theme.

This looks like a fun colorway for Ashe, but it’s hard to get a great look at the skin from this angle. I like the look of her gun at least and I dig the leathery vibe of the hat. Here’s hoping B.O.B. has a fetching new look to match.

Once again, this shot from the trailer is a bit too close up to get a good look at the skin. But I’m glad Roadhog seems to be getting in touch with nature, given the plants on his clothing and head.

A bit of a moody look for Torbjorn here. His bright blue eye is a little disconcerting. I dig the textured look of his outfit as well.

Of course Winston gets what’s clearly a scientist-inspired skin. It makes a lot of sense for his character. The name badge and tie are neat touches. I hope the badge isn’t fixed and that it moves around as Winston does. This might be big enough of a change to make it a Legendary skin, actually.

Speaking of which…

Legendary Skins

We knew already that Ana was going to get this season’s Mythic skin, but let’s not forget about her daughter. Pharah’s new Legendary skin (seen at the top of the page) is such a different look for her that it took me a second to realize which hero I was looking at. I love this look a lot, and will be using it as soon as I unlock it.

This reminds me a bit of Tracer’s Graffiti skin given the mask. I like this one quite a bit at first glance. I’m always happy for Zarya to get cool new skins, and this is right up there among them.

Overwatch 2: Invasion Mythic Skin

This is the one I’ve been waiting for ever since Blizzard announced Ana would get the Invasion season’s Mythic skin. She looks terrifying in this Null Sector-inspired look, just how I want my enemies to feel whenever I’m playing as her.

Great stuff. If I could spare the cash, I’d almost be tempted to skip all the premium Battle Pass tiers and get this skin immediately.

Want another peek? Here you go:

I can’t wait to play around with all the Mythic skin’s customizations either.

And that’s all for now as best I can tell. There may be one or two more skins in the Battle Pass. Surely there will be one for Illari too. And maybe the Battle Pass will include the masked vigilante look we saw for Sojourn in her animated short. Then, of course, there will be some new skins in the shop.

In any case, there’s still a lot more to learn about Overwatch 2: Invasion, which goes live on Thursday. For one thing, where, oh where, are those dang patch notes?
